Twins Jamilah and Kamilah celebrated their 50th birthday on a recent Sunday with a gathering at an up-and-coming art studio on 19th Street in Ensley.
The attire was formal dress, with athletic shoes to complete the outfits, and the birthday theme was “50 Sneaked Up On Us.”
Jamilah and Kamilah are businesswomen and artists. They have overcome many obstacles to set an example in their communities in Jefferson County and Georgia, respectively.
Family and friends came from near and far, along with coworkers, to enjoy one another’s presence and celebrate the twins.
