Second Avenue Beulah Baptist Church Vacation Bible School is scheduled for June 29-July 2, from 5:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. The theme for the event is “Hooked! Reeled in to Serve God.”
The church is located at 1022 Second Avenue North in Bessemer. The Reverend Eugene Warren III is the church pastor.
All are welcome, ages 4 to adults.
Featured during VBS week will be Bible stories, fun music, games, and activities. Director of the fun-filled Vacation Bible School is Essie Levy, with assistant directors Reaniece Lamb and Tamiko Thompson.
Erica Bevelle is in charge of promotions, and Danyell Carter will serve as the craft leader.
