For years, Mona and Commissioner Jimmie Stephens have hosted a delicious crawfish boil at their Morgan Road residence.
In spite of the rain, a big crowd turned out for the good time that was had by all.
The party was held in the barn—not red, but beige.
Along with boiled crawfish in large pots, the many guests enjoyed boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, fried fish, sausage, corn, potatoes, onions, and peppers.
The entertainment was provided by the Jack Whisenhunt Band.
