Hueytown Chamber Service Scholarship Program now underway

Hueytown is committed to building a good future for their young people.

The Hueytown Area Chamber of Commerce is also dedicated to Hueytown’s future.

The chamber’s Service Scholarship Program is now underway. The program is designed to support deserving high school students in the community.

To be eligible, the high school senior must be an active Hueytown Chamber of Commerce Junior Ambassador.

The public is invited and encouraged to become a donor to the scholarship program. No matter the amount, your gift will make a meaningful difference in the lives of these students.

The deadline for donations is March 15.

This year, the Chamber will match total donations up to $2,000.

Over the past five years, the Chamber has awarded $25,000 in scholarships to local, deserving students.

The members of the Scholarship Committee are Catherine Verciglio, Meagan Kiker, Leah Andrews, and Chamber Director Debbie Kiker.
