He came here to do something.
On the morning of December 19, the Grinch arrived in Bessemer on a mission.
The green-furred Grinch’s destination was First Financial Bank at 1630 4th Avenue, North in Bessemer.
The occasion was First Financial’s Christmas Customer Appreciation Day event. It was a delightful and thoughtful event; one the customers enjoyed.
Planning the holiday happening was Michelle Cooley.

As soon as the Grinch arrived, he made a mad dash for the Christmas tree cakes on the party table. Next, he threw candy at the staff.
The Grinch’s visit was a crowd favorite and made the customers’ spirits bright.
The employees showed the Grinch compassion and kindness and it warmed his heart.
Before he left to return to Whoville, he became nice and wished all a “Merry Christmas.”
