The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner, and this holiday season, we’re trading in sleigh bells for spurs! The City of Bessemer’s Annual Christmas Parade is set to roll out on Saturday, December 13th at 2:00 PM, and this year’s theme, “A Western Christmas”, promises a holly-jolly celebration with a Wild West twist.
This cherished Bessemer tradition brings together neighbors, businesses, and organizations from across the community to celebrate the spirit of the season. It’s more than just a parade; it’s a joyful reminder of the heart, pride, and togetherness that make Bessemer such a special and marvelous place to call home.

We’re inviting local businesses, schools, churches, and community groups to take part in the fun! Decorate a float, round up your team, and show off your holiday spirit for the whole town to enjoy. It’s a fantastic way to connect with the community, spread some cheer, and maybe even take home bragging rights for the most festive Western-themed entry!
