About the Seminar
GriefShare offers a one-day seminar for those facing their first holiday since their loved one’s passing. Those whose loved ones have been gone a few holidays and are still dreading this time of year can also find hope in this informative and compassionate seminar.
This two-hour seminar gives you insights and coping methods for making this holiday season not only bearable but enjoyable again. Of course, sometimes family members or friends don’t understand or make it smooth for you. You will learn:
- how to best express your needs
- how to speak of your loved one’s memory so that they, too, are helped
- ways to help others understand how to show you they care
Not only can this seminar help you survive, but it can help you enjoy the holiday gatherings.
