October is Breast Cancer, Domestic Violence and Fire Prevention Awareness Month.
The City of Bessemer, the Bessemer Area Chamber of Commerce, State Senator Merika Coleman and the Bessemer Business & Professional Women’s Organization proudly present the Pink & Purple Stroll and Festivities on Tuesday, October 7, at historic DeBardeleben Park in downtown Bessemer.
The festivities begin at 4:30 and end at 6:30 in the evening. The stroll will start at 5:30 p.m at DeBardeleben Park.
This is a free, fun-filled event for the entire family.
There will be entertainment, refreshments, speakers, fun for the kids, and giveaways.
Also, partner with the Bessemer Chamber to Paint the Town Pink and Purple. Decorate your downtown business inside and out for the month of October. Remember, you can always set up a vendor table for the Pink & Purple Stroll.
